5. When do I need to pay?

Private individuals are asked to pay within 5 days of delivery of the translated document unless otherwise specified.

6. What guarantees do I have regarding quality?
If you are not satisfied with a job, we will provide another version as quickly as possible at our expense. If the second version is still unacceptable, you shall have the right to a partial or total reimbursement.
7. What guarantees do I have regarding deadlines?
