How much does a translation cost?
The prices vary based on the length, difficulty and format of your texts. To give you an idea, to date our average price has been $ 0.04 per word (around $9 per standard page).

3. When will the job be delivered?
Obviously, this depends on the length. To give you an example, these are our average delivery times:
up to 500 words - 4 hours
1,000 to 2,000 words - 24 hours
more than 2,000 words - 3,000 words per day.
For rush jobs you tell us when you need it! We will respond to you as soon as possible.
We accept the following methods of payment:

5. When do I need to pay?
Private individuals are asked to pay within 5 days of delivery of the translated document unless otherwise specified.
Corporate customers pay on corporate billing cycles.
When you receive your translation you will also receive an invoice with all the information for making the payment.
We normally request an advance payment for new customers with orders over $100.

What guarantees do I have regarding quality?
If you are not satisfied with a job, we will provide another version as quickly as possible at our expense. If the second version is still unacceptable, you shall have the right to a partial or total reimbursement.

What guarantees do I have regarding deadlines?
In the event of a late delivery where the amount of time late expressed in business days is more than one-third the translation's total time budget expressed in business days (i.e., 33% late), and if the delay is directly and only the fault of Translationbar.com, we shall reimburse up to 100% of the cost of the job.

What procedures do you use for confidentiality?
Information relating to the translation, the nature of the translation, and any information the Customer transmits to Translationbar.com shall be subject to complete confidentiality.
Translationbar.com shall not publicly divulge in any way this information without previous written authorization from the customer, with the exception of collaborators or subcontractors previously authorized by Translationbar.com and the Customer, who require this information to perform their jobs.
9. How can I send you a document?

10.Can I get an estimate for a printed document?
Just send us the document by fax, specify the languages and your personal information (telephone numbers, e-mail, address, company details, etc.) and you will receive an estimate within the hour.

12. How can I count the words in my document?
If the document is in Microsoft? Word? use the "Word Count" function in the Word? Tools menu. Just send us this figure.
Otherwise, if the document is in another format (printed, html, php, asp, etc.) you can send us the file by e-mail or fax and we will count the words for you and quickly send you an estimate.
13. What is localization?
